**What You'll Do:**

* **Experiment & Scale:**

* Design robust experimentation frameworks to identify high-impact testing opportunities.

* Establish experimentation governance that balances agility, scientific rigor, and business impact.

* Develop real-time dashboards to monitor campaign performance and experiment results.

* Define measurement standards that link channel activities directly to customer retention.

* Quantify the impact of strategic initiatives using clear performance metrics.

* **Cross-Functional Partnership & Ownership:**

* Collaborate with content marketing teams to align priorities with leadership goals.

* Develop and maintain a strategic partnership framework to streamline operations and align objectives.

* Coordinate with measurement, product, and creative teams to accelerate campaign delivery and operations.

* Serve as the primary liaison between content marketing stakeholders and channel leads.

* Drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies across marketing teams.

* **AI, Automation & Operational Excellence:**

* Automate successful campaigns using AI and automation workflows to free up capacity for innovation.

* Scale AI-driven personalization, recommendations, and event-triggered messaging across owned channels.

* Partner with data science teams on attribution, audience segmentation, and unified measurement to quantify retention impact.

* Standardize operations through AI-assisted toolkits, streamlined intake processes, and repeatable workflows to reduce setup time.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy with a strong focus on experimentation and test-and-learn programs.

* Proven track record in designing A/B and incrementality testing that connects channel activity to business outcomes.

* Experience building or managing automation solutions (e.g., triggered campaigns, dynamic creative, personalized journeys).

* Background in marketing operations, including process design, intake management, and cross-functional coordination.

* Strong measurement foundation with the ability to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate results into strategic recommendations.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.

* Experience with project management tools.

* Experience with experimentation and paid media tools.

* Proficiency in office productivity suites.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience developing channel strategy across owned marketing channels (email, push, in-app, merchandising).

* Background in subscription, retention, or lifecycle marketing.

* Experience with experimentation platforms or internal A/B testing tools.

* Familiarity with marketing automation systems and workflow design.

* Background in marketing operations or campaign operations at scale.

* Experience in music, entertainment, or media industries.

* Experience in large technology companies.

* Understanding of Owned and Operated (O&O) channels.

* Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns.
