Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Director, Corporate Development will make an impact: The Director, Corporate Development is responsible for leading the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board, delivering high-quality analysis, clear recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve corporate objectives. The position requires a highly capable deal professional with strong financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex, high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $236,000.
