Your Job

We are currently recruiting for a Data Steward for our Technical Center in Neenah, WI. You will be responsible for inputting data into the Product Life Management system, as well as partnering with product developers on other special projects. This position will support a range of categories such as: tissue, towel, napkin, wipers, cups, plates, cutlery, food wrap, skin care, and air care. We are looking for someone who has a passion for data quality and strong attention to detail. This role offers a flexible schedule including hybrid and four 10-hour day options.

Our Team

OurNeenah Technical Centeris the central site for research, development, and lab services for Georgia-Pacific North American Consumer Products division. The research and development areas include Commercial and Retail towels, tissues, napkins, Dixie products, devices and process development.

What You Will Do

  • Interface with product developers from all consumer products categories to gather product specifications for new product launches or product changes.
  • Enter specification information into the SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool by creating or updating the necessary specifications and documents in accordance with established requirements and best practices.
  • Enter specifications into the quality management system.
  • Perform peer review of product specifications in SAP PLM entered by other team members.
  • Optimize the workflow process to gain efficiency in the product specification entry process.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a passion for data quality.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Associate's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel creating and editing spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, Microsoft Word creating and editing documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint creating presentations
  • Experience communicating both written and verbally in a professional environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Associate's degree in science/Technical field
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science/Technical field
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a data entry role
  • Experience with quality management software
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools such as SAP PLM
  • Experience adapting your communication style to a variety of people with different technical backgrounds
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
