Description The Lead Driver provides safe, timely, and courteous transportation for program participants to and from the Center, medical appointments, and other approved destinations. In addition to performing all core Driver duties, the Lead Driver supports daily transportation operations by coordinating schedules and route adjustments, completing required documentation, assisting with vehicle readiness and compliance, and serving as a point of contact for drivers during assigned shifts. The Lead Driver helps set the tone for a respectful, calm, and service-focused experience for every participant trip and communicates observations relevant to participant care and safety to the interdisciplinary team. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
