The P&C Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) consults with business units to drive results through effective people strategies. The role builds partnerships with leaders to set people priorities and deliver solutions for talent attraction, development, and retention aligned with the Bank's mission, vision, and values.
- Partners with leadersand other HRBPswithin the Bank and across the Federal Reserve Systemto understandand influencestrategic goals and initiatives,identifypeople-related challenges,consult on talent strategies, and ensure HR work is executed effectively.
- Providesorganizationalperspectiveduring talent calibration, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning;facilitatingdiscussions and consultingon resulting action plans.
- AdvisesleadersonallHR policies,compliance, and handling sensitive employeeissues; escalatingwhenappropriate.
- SupportsallHR initiatives and programs bycommunicating updates, gathering business feedback, and strengthening cross-HR collaboration.
- Maintains and strengthensknowledge of HR laws, trends, and best practices to influence people strategies.
- Provides strategic guidance to leaders on change management by assessing business-specific impacts and providing insight-driven consultation that informs decisions and drives successful change adoption aligned with organizational priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in related field of study such as Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or directly related work experience.
- Typically requires six or more years in a relevant HR role preferably across multiple disciplines, such as employee/labor relations, organization development/training, talent acquisition, or comparable leadership experience with demonstrated strong support of HR initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consultative work, involving human capital initiatives such as workforce planning and talent management experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR,sHRBP,SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCPor other applicable HR certification(s)preferred.
- On-site, full-time(with5 days per month remote work flexibility)
- Locations: Kansas City preferred, Omaha, Denver, Oklahoma City
- $90,100- $116,600 /HRBP Senior
- $110,500- $143,00 /HRBP Advanced
- Final offers aredeterminedby factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
