Job Description: As Manager of Merchandising Planning at The GIANT Company, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise level commercial and promotional planning. This role is responsible for shaping how the organization plans, communicates, and delivers promotional activity to drive sales growth, increase market share, and consistently meet the needs of our customers. You will provide leadership across cross functional teams including Category, Marketing, Pricing, Category Merchandising, and Finance to ensure alignment to a unified commercial strategy. This role owns the end to end commercial planning framework, including annual planning, weekly execution, performance analytics, and enterprise communications, positioning the function as a critical driver of business performance. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Experience: 10+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, pricing, or related retail functions, including demonstrated leadership of enterprise level planning processes and cross functional teams The GIANT Company is an equal opportunity employer.
