This role is designed for a highly strategic individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, marketing strategy, and business development.

Our team's mission is to create omnichannel marketing solutions that help advertisers solve business challenges, connect meaningfully with consumers, and drive measurable results. As a strategic partner to our CPG and Pharma sales teams, you will transform client objectives into compelling, insight-driven marketing programs that leverage the full power of the SiriusXM Media ecosystem-including podcasting, streaming audio, creator partnerships, live experiences, talent integrations, and emerging media opportunities.

This role requires equal parts strategist, storyteller, and collaborator. You will develop persuasive narratives and executive-level presentations that bring complex ideas to life, helping clients envision how SiriusXM Media can uniquely support their business goals. You will influence partner conversations through innovative thinking, category expertise, and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Success in this role requires the ability to think beyond the brief, identify opportunities others may not see, and develop customized solutions that differentiate SiriusXM Media in a competitive marketplace. You will serve as a trusted advisor to sales partners and a key connector across the organization, aligning stakeholders around ideas that are both creatively inspiring and operationally executable.

What you'll do:

Strategic Storytelling & Client Solutions
  • Develop insight-driven marketing strategies and custom omnichannel solutions that address client business objectives and drive advertising revenue.
  • Craft compelling narratives, strategic value propositions, and executive-level presentations that translate complex marketing opportunities into persuasive client-facing stories.
  • Lead proposal development for assigned accounts, ensuring recommendations are customized, differentiated, and aligned to each client's category, brand positioning, and business challenges.
  • Create executive-ready sales materials, presentations, and supporting collateral that clearly communicate the value of SiriusXM Media's platforms, content, talent, and partnerships.
  • Leverage market trends, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and category expertise to inform strategic recommendations and solution development.
Sales Partnership & Revenue Growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships, unlock new revenue streams, and grow existing business.
  • Participate in internal and external client meetings, presenting strategic recommendations and helping guide conversations with senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Support inbound RFP activity and new business opportunities by developing thoughtful, insight-led responses that position SiriusXM Media as a preferred marketing partner.
Custom Solution Development & Leadership
  • Own the development of custom programs across SiriusXM, streaming audio, podcasts, creator partnerships, events, and experiential activations.
  • Lead solution development from concept through proposal creation and pre-sale execution planning, ensuring recommendations are both innovative and operationally feasible.
  • Provide strategic guidance and clear direction across cross-functional teams to align stakeholders around a shared vision and execution plan.
Cross-Functional Influence & Collaboration
  • Act as the central strategic liaison between Sales and key partner teams, including Marketing, Events, Talent Relations, Research, Legal, Client Services, Revenue Partnerships, and Content.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders, balancing client needs, business objectives, and operational realities to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Develop and share case studies, success stories, and best practices that strengthen sales narratives and demonstrate the impact of SiriusXM Media partnerships.

What you'll need:

  • Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience in advertising sales strategy, integrated marketing, or brand solutions at a media or entertainment company.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate strategic recommendations with clarity, confidence, and impact.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations, sales narratives, and custom proposals for senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to client-facing conversations.
  • Strategic thinker who brings original ideas, sound judgment, and a point of view informed by data, insights, and marketplace trends.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and high-profile opportunities simultaneously.
  • Lover of streaming music and podcasts.
  • Expert proficiency at PowerPoint, experience with other graphic tools is a plus.
  • Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to support ideation, design, and efficiencies
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

    At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $75,000 to $125,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
