To thrive as a Supply Chain Specialist I, you bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping operations running seamlessly from end to end! You'll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time by balancing production schedules, inventory levels, and supplier relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and driving efficiency across the supply chain. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, manage inventory across distribution centers, and partner closely with suppliers to ensure materials and finished goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and achieve fill rate goals, analyze data to identify trends or discrepancies, and collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues. We rely on you to maintain accurate system data, support purchasing activities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and performance across the supply chain.

Here's What We're Looking For

  • Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
  • High School Diploma required; preferred education in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management, purchasing, or materials planning
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, if-then statements)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory control systems
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers
  • Ability to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and recommend process improvements
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
