What to Expect We're looking for highly motivated self-starters who want to sit in the driver's seat of one of the most ambitious technological efforts on the planet. As an AI Safety Operator on our Vehicle FSD (Supervised) team, you won't just drive-you'll actively generate the criticalreal-world data that trains and validates Full Self-Driving systems. Every mile you log, every observation you capture, and every insight you share directly advances safer, more capable autonomous vehicles. You'll operate engineering vehicles for extended periods, conducting dynamic audio and camera data collection. This is a hands-on role that combines excellent driving skills, sharp observational ability, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This opportunity will require the flexibility of traveling to domestic destinations, as necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes at least one of your normal working days be a weekend day. Able to work a Day, Afternoon, or Night shift. The Afternoon and Night shift pays 10%-15% in addition to the hourly base pay for the role.
