Key Responsibilities:

As an Industrialization Process Engineer, you will...

  • Oversee and coordinate the pilot and scale-up phases for two of our industrialization projects
  • Ensure raw materials and product recipes are being recorded in our internal management system prior to pilot activities
  • Build on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control
  • Collaborate with R&D teams across the US to effectively manage the projects, identify operating gaps, and deliver the pilot in accordance to customer specifications

  • A Chemical engineering degree with either R&D or Manufacturing/Process development experience. Ideally targeting 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in basic statistical analysis (areas such as Quality Control Plans, Gage R&R, etc.).
  • Project management skills - including coordinating across workstreams and planning ahead.
  • Strong communication skills, networking ability, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
