We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support in a Windows-based environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who has a strong troubleshooting mindset and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 operating systems * Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, including break/fix support for desktops and laptops * Support and manage network printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting connectivity issues * Assist users with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams * Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (IP configuration, email access, VPN, etc.) * Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system * Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed Qualifications * 0-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience * Basic understanding of Windows environments and diagnostic troubleshooting processes * Hands-on experience with hardware break/fix and end-user support * Familiarity with printer support and Microsoft Office applications * Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP connectivity, email troubleshooting, etc.) Skills & Competencies * Strong customer service skills with a professional and reliable demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and think critically under pressure * Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Savannah, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
