*Client Coordinator* *Location:* Woodbury, NY (Onsite)
*Schedule:* Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM *Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator to join our team onsite in Woodbury, NY. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional support. Responsibilities * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and internal portals regarding case status, updates, and general requests * Enter, update, and verify client and case information in company databases * Track documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and return cases in a timely manner * Route calls or inquiries to appropriate departments as needed * Perform administrative tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and document organization * Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints * Escalate issues to management when necessary * Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications *Required:* * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems * Typing speed of at least 40 WPM * Excellent communication and customer service skills *Preferred:* * Experience in a medical office, healthcare, or insurance environment Key Skills * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Professional communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High level of organization and time management * Ability to maintain confidentiality Company Overview We are a leading provider of healthcare support services, partnering with insurance carriers, law firms, and government agencies to deliver solutions such as medical examinations, case management, and document services.
