Now Hiring for All Shifts Available Shifts & Pay Rates 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM $18.38/hour 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM $20.21/hour 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday through Saturday Morning) $21.26/hour About the role: Assembles, tests, and packages electronic and mechanical products according to prescribed quality and production standards and ISO procedures. Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions, and procedures. Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow. Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance. Follows Directions and is open to change. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of electronic and mechanical assembly experience. 2+ years of building experience. What Sets You Apart: Basic computer skills. Good Attitude. Worked in a fast-paced environment. Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned. Good attendance. Ability to function and contribute to a team environment. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Need Dependable Transportation. Be able to work on their feet. Can work by themselves or with others. They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars). Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment. Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
