Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support Digital New Business Development & Operations. This role will help identify, evaluate, and execute new digital retail initiatives that drive future growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to contribute to early-stage concepts while supporting day-to-day operations of new ventures. This is a cross-functional role that offers exposure to digital strategy, business development, and operations, with opportunities to grow and take on increasing responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities: Support the identification and research of new digital retail opportunities, including market trends and competitive analysis * Assist in building business cases, financial models, and go-to-market plans * Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, product, finance, tech, etc.) to help move initiatives forward * Contribute to the execution and day-to-day operations of new digital ventures * Track performance metrics and support reporting on KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization * Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and basic financial analysis * Help document processes, tools, and learnings to support repeatable execution * Prepare materials and updates for internal stakeholders Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university; MBA preferred * 5+ years of experience in digital retail, eCommerce, new business incubation, or corporate innovation. * Proven success in taking new digital ventures from concept to launch and scale, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing environment. * Strong knowledge of retail ecommerce and marketplace models. * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience building business models and managing budgets * Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward experimentation and action. Who You Are * Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms and seller operations. * Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. * Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
