As a Level 1 Regional Trauma Center, our unit cares for a diverse population, including those recovering from abdominal transplants (liver, kidney, pancreas), trauma, vascular surgery, general surgery, GI procedures, and ortho/neuro spine surgeries. Our multidisciplinary team includes registered nurses (RNs), advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs), physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, clinical technicians, and support staff-working together to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Our nurses are highly skilled in managing complex patients and advanced technologies, including ventilator management, continuous vasoactive medication infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
