As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure vendors are paid correctly, financial data is rocksolid, and the business keeps moving without a hitch. This is not entrylevel AP. This is a role for someone who understands accounting processes, values confidentiality, and wants to be trusted with complex, highimpact work. What You'll Be Doing Process and verify invoices with precision, accuracy, and confidentiality Review contracts and process grower settlements, charges, credits, and check runs Reconcile invoices for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, freight, storage, and utilities Match invoices to agreements and ensure rates, terms, and GL coding are correct Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation Assist with check runs, wires, manual checks, and stop payments Reconcile AP accounts to the General Ledger monthly Step in as backup for other AP functions when needed You'll be a trusted partner in keeping the financial engine running smoothly.
