GLOBAL BANKING AND MARKETS - FICC & EQUITIES We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis. The Prime Services Group within the Global Banking and Markets segment provides a broad range of specialized services to hedge funds, market makers, agency brokers, proprietary trading groups and institutional clients. These broadly cover margin financing, securities lending, custody & settlement, risk management, execution and clearing services (cash and derivatives), capital introduction, consulting services, corporate action management, and accounting and portfolio analytics. The Prime Business Negotiations team serves as a strategic bridge between Goldman Sachs and its clients by overseeing the end-to-end execution of legal agreements and resolving complex contractual hurdles to optimize the experience for both clients and internal partners. The team provides a single point of contact as a dedicated relationship lead for all documentation needs, ensuring consistency between in-house standards and outside counsel execution. By owning complex documentation workflows and anticipating client priorities, the team drives Prime business growth and spearheads process efficiencies. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including Sales, Legal, Credit, Risk, Trading Desks, and Treasury-to facilitate informed decision-making on critical contractual terms. YOUR IMPACT The Prime Business Negotiations team is seeking a strategic relationship lead for negotiating trading and regulatory documentation across a diverse portfolio of Prime Brokerage and Futures clients. In this role, you will not only manage sophisticated negotiations but also drive broader initiatives to enhance the firm's negotiation framework.
