MTSI is seeking a Senior Financial Management Support with a TS/SCI clearance to provide support to a Government Office at WPAFB, Ohio.Contractor shall provide experienced and motivated Finance Specialist with the necessary experience to support the program office's focused efforts by independently executing the following financial management tasks:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Familiar with and use government financial systems which includes Comprehensive Cost and Requirements system (CCaRs), Commanders' Resource Integration System (CRIS), Shared Data Warehouse, other systems within Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
*Experience in PowerPoint and Excel.
*Experience with financial operations and entering accounting data to include commitments, obligations, and expenditure details.
*Experience with planning, budgeting and execution.
*Assist with contract reconciliation and contract closeout.
*Participate in reconciliation of accounting data, develop financial charts and provide status of unliquidated obligation, which includes DAR-Q documentation.
*Consult with management regarding financial status and provide suggestions for improvement.
*Provide program information, conduct analyses, prepare and present briefings, document decisions, effectively communicate with all levels of the organizational management and participate in various Integrated Product Teams.
*Assist in planning and developing forecasts for obligations and expenditures.
*Prepare, submit, and certify various funding documents.
*Assist in preparing daily audit reviews and self-inspection checklists.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS*
*Minimum of five (5) years of Financial Management experience required
*A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization and management is preferred.
*Experience with MS Office Suite of products.
*Must possess a minimum of a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance. Duties will require unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities.
*12 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years is highly preferred.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to contract requirements.
