Description Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Oldsmar, FL Employment Type: Contract (12 months) Industry: Aerospace and Defense Compensation: $32.00 - $53.00 /hr. Schedule: 4/10 hrs/Week. - (1 ^st shift) About the Opportunity: Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Designs the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout. Designs the sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment, and other functions that affect product performance. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Inspects the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques. Guides engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques best. Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 2+ years of experience working with printed circuit boards. 2+ years of experience in circuit cards and mechanical assembly.
