APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Analyze commercial documentation preparation requests and determine documentation requirements. Order, track, and review required due diligence in accordance with credit policy and approval requirements. Prepare complete legal closing documentation packages for commercial and personal use transactions. Deliver finalized documentation packages to Relationship Managers for execution. Communicate with lending staff, legal counsel, compliance teams, and management to resolve missing or unclear information. Conduct quality reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized electronic records and image working files for documentation tracking and audit purposes. Identify and escalate risk-related concerns while adhering to internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation, loan operations, banking What Sets You Apart: Associate's Degree.
