Location: Elma, NY
Employment: Temp (6 months)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $23.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 430PM

What You'll Do:
  • Accurately input leave balances into the timekeeping system.
  • Review and validate timekeeping data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with employees, supervisors, and HR/payroll teams to correct and clarify time entries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, and absence.
  • Generate and distribute timekeeping and attendance reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.
  • Follow established procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of data entry and payroll experience.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree in Business or Accounting.
  • Timekeeping experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, ADP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
