JOB DESCRIPTION: Sign On Bonus Eligible- Must possess an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or be license-eligible in Illinois. - This is a behavioral health leadership position and is not a clinical research or healthcare administration role. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical leadership, supervision, and support for outpatient behavioral health services. This position is responsible for supervising therapists, counselors, interns, and practicum students; promoting clinical excellence; supporting staff development; and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards. The Clinical Coordinator also maintains a small clinical caseload and works collaboratively with leadership to support program growth, quality improvement, and positive client outcomes. This position is intended for experienced behavioral health professionals with strong clinical, supervisory, and leadership skills. Candidates should possess experience providing mental health services and supporting multidisciplinary treatment teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's Degree in Human Services Years of Experience Demonstrated skill in performing clinical services Certification/Licensure Clinical License required. SAS staff must have certification or licensure within the required time frame mandated by DASA Staff Qualifications (or within 2 years of hire, whichever comes first).
