Description and Requirements We're seeking an FP&A Analyst that has graduated within the past 3 years to join our R&D Finance - BU Expense team. In this role, you'll partner with Operations and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly close, and financial planning cycles. You'll consolidate and analyze financial data, monitor spend, and help maintain strong financial controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois. The requirement is three days in office/week. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $68,000 - 80,000.
