Grameen University invites applications from exceptional academic leaders to serve as the Pro-Vice Chancellor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Vice-Chancellor in overseeing academic and administrative matters of the university. Inspire and support faculty in the adoption of innovative and inclusive teaching practices. Promote a robust research culture across disciplines with an emphasis on relevance, quality, and global impact. Provide strategic leadership in the design and revision of curricula that address emerging societal and technological needs. Contribute to enhancing the international visibility and ranking of Grameen University. Foster global academic partnerships and exchange programs with leading universities worldwide. Play a pivotal role in realizing the vision and mission of Grameen University through meaningful academic and administrative contributions.
Basic Requirements:
- A Ph.D. degree from an accomplished university of the world with a distinguished academic record and recognition as a prominent scholar in the respective field. A minimum of 10 (ten) years of teaching experience at a recognized university. A minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of combined experience in teaching, research, and academic/administrative leadership roles.

- A dynamic and visionary leader in academic administration with a student-centered approach. An internationally acclaimed researcher with a strong portfolio of impactful publications and contributions to global academia. Proven expertise in crisis management, institutional development, and strategic leadership. Strong commitment to academic excellence, equity, and social justice, aligned with the vision of Grameen. Ability to adapt to diverse academic cultures and drive innovation through collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches. A proactive mindset with the ability to initiate reforms and lead institutional transformation.
