Growing together As a Part-Time UX Research Lab Technician, you will be a crucial member of the UX Research team, responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our research lab and studies. You will provide logistical, operational, and technical support for a variety of research activities, enabling the research team to focus on generating insights. Your work will be essential to ensuring a high-quality, professional, and comfortable experience for both research participants and the internal team, allowing us to effectively listen to the people we serve. This is an early-career opportunity suited for candidates with foundational experience in research operations, lab coordination, or technical support. While the role is operationally focused, we are looking for someone who is curious, innovative, and excited to help evolve how our lab operates, both in-person and remotely, to maximize its impact across the organization. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities:
