Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead critical six-month rotations across diverse divisions including buying, data management, product engineering, supply chain, and logistics.

  • Analyze complex operational data to optimize global marketplace sourcing and eliminate supply chain inefficiencies.

  • Partner with technical teams to develop data warehouses and drive material flow efficiencies within global fulfillment centers.

  • Manage forecasts and work orders for New Product Introductions, ensuring seamless engineering material movement.

  • Champion innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to optimize everyday workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field, with a focus on operations and supply chain.

  • Minimum of one relevant prior internship or up to three years of professional experience in a related field.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer visa sponsorship.

  • Strong adaptability, curiosity, and leadership potential with a drive to take initiative on projects.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience utilizing AI, machine learning, or computer vision for predictive maintenance, process optimization, or autonomous procurement.

  • Academic or professional background in data analytics applied to demand forecasting or inventory management.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience or active involvement in university organizations or community initiatives.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
