What to Expect
Tesla's Cell Infrastructure team is looking for an experienced Sr. Commissioning Field Engineer, HVAC to lead a team through scoping, scheduling, execution, and close out of projects.This role specializes in the commissioning of wet & dry mechanical systems, balancing (TAB), associated controls, and envelope integrity.The ideal candidate will have a strong field intensive background in commissioning pre-functional and functional checks, TAB, retro-commissioning, and envelope integrity testing. The candidate will coordinate and perform TAB for mechanical systems. Experience performing these activities in cleanroom environments such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and healthcare facilities is preferred.In this role you will be responsible for planning and execution of commissioning projects, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement coordination, arranging new contracts, leading and training balancing technicians in addition to supporting the team to ensure deliverables are met. It requires technical MEP expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support multiple teams. This role has a travel expectancy of 25%. What You'll Do

$112,000 - $288,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
