Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Subcontractor has strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects. Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately.
Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines;
