Job Summary Assist the Director, Global Contract Management with the preparation and administration of customer contracts, material transfer contracts, confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, vendor forms. The overall responsibilities of this position require strong research, communication, and technology skills; and the ability to meet timelines. Key Duties Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: * Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness. Qualifications * Paralegal certification or equivalent training and experience. * Knowledge of Microsoft products (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.) and ability to use automated systems. *We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran.
