MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford Surgical Care is seeking a Physician Associate/Acute Care Nurse Practitionerto join their growing care teamof 4 General Surgeons and 4Advanced Practice Providersin a rewarding, collaborative team environment. This is a full-time hybrid (35 hrs inpatient/5 hrs outpatient) position. Patient care includespre and post-operativecare, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic tests, and first-assisting in the operating room. The position also requires on-call rotation. RNFA certification is required for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner candidates.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Successful completion of an accreditedAcute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program; experience in General Surgery is desired; current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure;BLS certification is required.
