Overview In this position, you will apply deep expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, and Water Solutions to help water utilities solve complex operational and data challenges. Working directly with water, wastewater, and stormwater organizations, you will design and implement enterprise GIS solutions that improve asset management, system reliability, and field operations. This role is focused on professionals who understand both ArcGIS Enterprise and the business of GIS in water utilities, and who are passionate about partnering with customers to turn real-world challenges into scalable, enterprise solutions. You will leverage your experience across water utilities workflows-including operations, asset management, data management, field operations, and customer engagement-to drive meaningful outcomes for customers while advancing the use of GIS as an enterprise system. Working alongside industry experts at Esri, you will help utilities modernize their geospatial infrastructure, improve data quality and accessibility, and expand the impact of GIS across their organizations. As part of Esri's Professional Services division, you will work on high-impact projects that enable customers to improve water distribution, sewer and stormwater collection, asset management practices, and service reliability in communities around the world.
