Overview Omega Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated Principal Financial Analyst to support ongoing operations in Aiken, SC. This contract is for 6 months, with (2) possible 6 Month option periods. Option Periods are not guaranteed and are executed at the discretion of the hiring manager. Responsible for performing as the Senior Advisor to senior SRNS/DOE/NNSA Management for the execution,development, implementation, maintenance and accountability of total project controls, financial analysis or estimating applications. Also responsible for providing leadership and advise to management that enables the capability to maintain and improve planning, scheduling, financial analysis and cost control throughout the life cycle of a very complex or unique project or program. Responsible for providing strategic advice as it relates to performance of highly complex Project

& Scheduling activities and/or supervising the overall effort for a project or program. Provides strategic
advice to
management towards execution of plans.
Develop innovative strategies, plans, and program for new initiatives along with diagnose and resolve problems of diverse scope and multiple factors are to considered. Consistently demonstrates thorough understanding and application of project controls ,planning and scheduling and financial theory and practice by routinely and independently performing complex analysis that requires considerable interpretation and technical expertise including the analysis of fact, application of theory, and identification of alternatives to resolve complex financial issues. Synthesizing, evaluating, and structuring of complex and often disparate Schedule,Financial, and business issues. The incumbent must be able to work in a well organized manner and have the ability to analyze complex facts and render decisions using a wide range of procedures. Develop and recommend key strategies for SRS, DOE and external government and private organizations in support of DOE project controls,Financial Analysis and scheduling objectives. Without access to supervision develop,plan and recommend appropriate business strategies, and technology to SRNS Senior Management as well as to DOE and external organizations Education Requirements

Work Schedule A 40 hour work week is scheduled. Client utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hour/day; five days per week), 4/10's (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80's (9 hours/day, five days on week AA and four days on week BB. Work week excludes Client holidays. Each workday has 30-minute lunch. Overtime will be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be utilized at the discretion of the Manager.
