We are seeking a motivated MPH intern (could be part of a practicum) to support our upcoming Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a core public health process that informs systemwide strategy, investment, and community impact.
Our CHNA planning period runs from June 2026 through June 2027 (target publishing date of July 15, 2027), with the intern-related work aligning with the Fall 2026 academic semester, or roughly September to December 2026 (this would be the employment period).
The intern will assist with qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis, community engagement activities, and the synthesis of findings into actionable insights. Interns will gain practical experience working with cross-sector partners, translating data into decision-making, and understanding how community health priorities are shaped in a real-world healthcare setting.
Ideal candidates are current MPH (or MS) students with strong analytical and communication skills, an interest in community health and health disparities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
