Requirements and Description
The Special Projects Intern will support the Chairman's Office with a variety of projects focused on organization, document management, records retention, and office initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working independently, managing details, and contributing to projects that improve efficiency and preserve important company information. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with document scanning, digitization, and electronic file organization.
- Support records management, archival, and document retention projects.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with office clean-up, inventory, and organization initiatives.
- Support special projects related to company history, executive records, and business operations.
- Conduct basic research and data entry as needed for ongoing projects.
- Track project progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the Chairman's Office.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with a variety of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with filing, records management, or administrative projects.
- Interest in business operations, project coordination, or office administration.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or files as needed.
