Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to support data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, and digital transformation across our operations organization. This role plays a critical part in translating complex supply chain and operations data into actionable insights, enabling strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics will serve as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders within Supply Chain and Operations, helping to convert large and complex datasets into meaningful insights that support performance improvement, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role will also act as a leader within the Operations analytics community, promoting best practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing. About the RoleThe Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for delivering advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and analytics storytelling, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement. This role will also support the organization's broader digital transformation agenda by enabling AI, automation, and predictive analytics use cases that enhance decision-making across the supply chain. Work EnvironmentHybrid: This role will be based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. The actual base pay offered will depend on multiple factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
