Major Duties:


  • Directly supervises regular full-time, part-time, and flexible category employees
  • Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates.
  • Sets priorities and quarterly/annual goals
  • Resolves work problems and implements ways to improve production/quality of work within the department.
  • Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for neeed training.
  • This is an emergency-designated position

Qualifications

  • Experience in the food service industry,
  • Experience with using a Point-of-Sale system.
