As the Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting global management reporting and forecasting processes and deliverables. This position partners closely with Finance and Business Leadership to deliver insightful reporting, analysis, and presentations. You will collaborate extensively with Business Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Fixed Costs, Investor Relations, and IT teams. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Management Reporting & Forecasting.

A Day in the Life

  • Prepare and review management reporting materials, including monthly flash reports, Business Review Meeting (BRM) packages, consolidated forecast financials, Segment Analysis, BOD presentation slides along with quarterly deliverables for external reporting and investor relations.
  • Support the monthly global forecasting cycle by coordinating with Business Finance, Manufacturing, Fixed Cost, and Corporate Functions to ensure timely and accurate data submissions.
  • Prepare and upload Corporate forecast data into the OneStream system. Validate outputs, ensure data accuracy and perform variance analysis to identify key drivers.
  • Review forecast submissions to ensure data quality and consistency. Investigate discrepancies, understand underlying business drivers, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support Fixed Costs team as needed with monthly deliverables, projects, etc.
  • Maintain data integrity within OneStream by partnering with COE teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve reliability.
  • Enhance and maintain financial models and reporting templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness across FP&A processes.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, including evaluating new metrics, benchmarks, and regulatory changes for reporting and variance analysis.
  • Lead or participate in finance initiatives and drive standardization across business segments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within FP&A systems and reporting processes.

You Bring This Value

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on financial consolidation and internal/management reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., OneStream, SAP) and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen, with the capability to identify and interpret key performance drivers, particularly within the petrochemical manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and respond effectively to frequent and time-sensitive stakeholder requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and clearly present financial insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate across functions, organizations, and cultures while maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; willing to dive deep into data, investigate variances, and drive issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones, including adjusting work hours as needed.
  • Ability to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work additional hours when required to deliver results.
