SharePoint Project Manager Washington DC (on-site) Pay from : $130,000/yr MUST : Active DoD Secret or Higher clearance current DOJ Level 4 Public Trust 10+ years of experience administering and SharePoint farms on prem / SharePoint online (O365) 7+ years of application support /IT operations 3+ years working as a project manager managing teams of 10 or more people Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS Strong experience with front-end website development. Strong experience with leading development and support teams that are focused on SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Salesforce Experience leading SharePoint migration to include coordinating data migrations, form, site and content creation and changes, including integration with other systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with various members Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills Current PMP certification Certified Scrum Master or related certification Bachelor's Degree DUTIES : The ideal candidate will help oversee a large SharePoint Migration and manager both virtual and on-prem SharePoint systems while providing secure, reliable, and highly available IT business solutions to fulfill program requirements, serving a few thousand end-users Work with government client to assist the Government client in the requirements, analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Enterprise SharePoint project Lead a highly talented and diverse team on daily IT operations and project progress while developing solutions and leading development teams that exceed customer expectations Providing SharePoint support and end-user training Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data Installing features and add-ons to SharePoint Willingness to participate in lower level support as a surge resource when needed Willingness to provide instruction as needed but not micro-manage team members Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
