What this job involves

At JLL, we partner with the world's most prestigious organizations and we are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as an IFM Lead. This on-site role demands a dynamic and charismatic leader with meticulous attention to detail who will drive operational rigor across diverse Facilities Operations, Project Management, and Occupancy Planning functions. You will elevate performance standards for your team, peers, and vendor partners through an ownership mentality that transforms challenges into opportunities. Your leadership will create environments that are not merely functional but exemplary in service, safety, cleanliness, compliance, and comfort, establishing yourself as an indispensable cornerstone of client operations.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Own and drive the highest level of client satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
  • Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography, driving a one-team mentality in a vendor matrixed environment
  • Deliver on contractual savings targets by achieving annual budget targets and monthly/quarterly budget adherence, engaging with sites to drive savings initiatives
  • Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including work order management metrics and all CPI/KPI goals
  • Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets addressing clients' goals and objectives, track variances, and ensure smooth recovery processes
  • Provide overall team management, staff development and planning for direct reports, executing staff succession and growth plans
  • Act as IFM subject matter expert presenting innovative ideas for better customer experience, interfacing with peers across regions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • On-site role requiring presence at client facilities
  • Ability to move throughout multiple facilities and sites as needed
  • May require standing, walking, and physical site inspections
  • Standard office environment combined with active facility management settings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in site services management, facility management, or a related role
  • Expert knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and systems, including maintenance, security, janitorial services, and landscaping
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate integrated teams
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills with demonstrated cost consciousness
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to uncover meaningful insights and drive operational improvements
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in facility management or related fields (e.g., CFM, FMP)
  • Experience with CMMS tools and systems for facility management decision-making
  • Experience working in vendor matrixed environments with multiple service providers
  • Track record of driving and achieving contractual savings targets
  • Experience managing multi-site portfolios across different geographies
  • Background in presenting innovative solutions and leading continuous improvement initiatives

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
