Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team! The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for new treasury clients. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and supporting successful implementation outcomes. This function engages our clients at the beginning of their Treasury Services relationship but will also continue to engage and enhance our client relationship throughout the lifecycle. You will have direct impact on the onboarding and establishment of the entire Treasury Services suite of products ensuring smooth delivery to our clients.

What you'll do:



  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and adoption of treasury management products and services for all treasury clients
  • Review treasury management agreements, account documentation, and onboarding requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policy
  • Coordinate client testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities, including ACH (both csv and NACHA formats), wires, Positive Pay (file upload), remote deposit, data transmissions, and reporting solutions.
  • Support onboarding efforts that may involve large numbers of accounts or complex cash flows, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a smooth transition to ongoing service and support teams
  • Act as subject matter expert for treasury products and workflows for specialized verticals, including operating accounts, payment collections, disbursements, reporting, and third-party vendors integrations
  • Provide a highly personalized white-glove experience for all Treasury Services clients
  • Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols, adhering to regulatory requirements, and being fully aware of all BSA/AML requirements


  • Provide client education for new onboardings on products or services, and train internal teams to enhance product knowledge collective


  • Manage client and department expectations by establishing reasonable timelines with the goal to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate and support Treasury Sales to accurately identify client needs, participate in prospecting calls, perform demonstrations of online platform, provide analytical reporting, and build proformas as needed
  • Partner with the Treasury Services Client Support Team to provide issue resolution and support coverage as needed
  • Perform other duties as required


What you'll need to be successful:



  • Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of treasury management experience; 3-5 years of previous banking experience preferred
  • Experience with and working knowledge of account analysis, TM products/services, online banking systems, and an understanding of offering a "white glove" experience are preferred
  • Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present to clients and internal partners


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • MS office expertise (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
