Description

The Food Services Manager is responsible for the management of the food services department and the delivery of food services in two of Centre's Residential Reentry Centers in Fargo. This position hires, trains, and supervises Food Services Specialists, while also ensuring that all aspects of the kitchen, menu, and food preparation and storage meet the standards and guidelines as outlined in regulatory statutes, contracts, and FDA Food Code. Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Full-time (40 hours): Primarily Monday through Friday - Occasional weekends may be required depending upon kitchen staffing needs.

  • Pay: $20.00 to $25.75 per hour (Depends on experience)

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in food services with one year of experience in a supervisory role.


This position also requires effective communication skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, and proficiency in the use of computers, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office.
