Position Overview

TrackVia is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly motivated Director of Demand

Generation to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that create

qualified sales conversations, accelerate pipeline creation, and drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a revenue-focused marketing leader who understands how to build scalable

demand generation programs that connect marketing activities to measurable business

outcomes. The Director of Demand Generation will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product,

Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute strategies that increase

market awareness, engage target accounts, generate pipeline, and contribute to bookings

growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven

track record of building demand generation programs that drive qualified opportunities and

revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with
  • TrackVia's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
  • Build programs that consistently generate qualified sales conversations that
  • convert to pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize inbound and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • focused on TrackVia's ideal customer profiles and strategic target accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align demand generation activities with
  • territory plans, pipeline goals, and revenue targets.

Campaign Development & Execution

Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across:

  • Digital advertising
  • Account-based marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Webinars and virtual events
  • Industry events and trade shows
  • Partner marketing

Outbound and nurture programs

Develop campaign strategies that engage buying committees and move

prospects through the buyer journey.

Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, channels, and offers to

improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to develop compelling

assets that support awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and opportunity

acceleration.

Sales Alignment & Pipeline Conversion

Partner with Account Executives, creating a feedback loop that improves lead

quality, sales conversation creation, and opportunity conversion.

Optimize lead management processes, scoring models, routing triggers, and

sales engagement activities.

Develop programs that increase meeting creation, pipeline velocity, and

progression through the sales funnel.

Conduct regular pipeline reviews and campaign performance assessments with

Sales leadership.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

Measure and report on key demand generation metrics, including:

  • Sales conversations generated
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Meetings booked
  • Pipeline created
  • Opportunity conversion rates
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Campaign attribution

Build reporting frameworks that clearly connect marketing investments to pipeline

and revenue outcomes.

Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve

efficiency and ROI.

Manage marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation,

attribution, and analytics tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product teams to align campaigns with product launches, market

opportunities, and customer needs.

Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion, advocacy, and

customer marketing opportunities.

Work closely with Executive Leadership to align demand generation investments

with company growth objectives.

Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring campaign messaging and market

insights are effectively communicated to revenue teams.

Manage agency, contractor, and vendor relationships to maximize campaign

effectiveness and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or
  • equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or
  • revenue marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline growth and contributing to
  • revenue attainment in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing, digital marketing, lead management,
  • and revenue operations.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and
  • Salesforce.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base

compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package

and benefits, will be determined by factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge,

skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity within our team.
