Your role

As a Driver/Warehouse Associate, your mission is to deliver products safely on time, maintaining warehouse organization, and efficiently handling shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as part of the team.

Responsibilities include:



  • Load, unload, and transport products to customers and job sites safely and efficiently
  • Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Prepare orders for shipment and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage areas
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles
  • Communicate professionallywith customers, vendors, and team members

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of industrial shipping & receiving experience.

Desired skills:



  • Ability to lift, move, and carry products through the warehouse safely.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbs or more
  • Previous warehouse experience, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred
  • Forklift certificationpreferred or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job location

This role requires you to work on-site at our office inGeismar LA, United States (US). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
Frequent local travel required for this position. Driver/Warehouse Associates will spend approximately 40-60% of the workday on the road with typical one-way trips of 20-60 miles.
