OUR VISION: "To become an indispensable partner to building owners with mission-critical systems." POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The incumbent operates a variety of heavy tools in construction, maintenance, and repair activities. Base hourly rate of $21/hr - $26/hr KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates and sets construction and power saw machine
- Keeps records of assignments and produces detailed work reports.
- Inspects and ensures the availability of all tools and materials needed to complete a given project, including but not limited to measurement products to ensure accuracy.
- Review blueprints and specifications to determine work sequence and effective, safe procedures. * Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify the cause of errors, safety hazards, or other issues, and solutions or escalates them appropriately.
- Checks delivered fabricated equipment/material for QA/QC accuracy, and reports any defect or machinery issue.
- Uses hand/heavy tools to make any alterations for raw materials/parts to ensure per-spec installation. * Assist with packing and transportation of the finished product/materials.
- Inspects, cleans, lubricates, and refills equipment at necessary intervals.
- Operates company equipment in a manner that facilitates safety and efficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position operates primarily in the shop/field, working on new and remodeling projects, often at great heights and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Jobsite work is likely to entail varying exposure to potentially harmful materials or chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, dangerous machinery, and/or other conditions typically associated with a live construction site.
- Depending on the work location, the incumbent may be exposed to extreme temperatures, inclement weather, noise, poor ventilation/lighting, and other hazards or conditions typically associated with a construction job site.

TRAVEL:
- This position may be required to travel between jobs on a periodic basis as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-4 years of experience operating a saw/heavy tools equipment operation.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail.
- Capacity to successfully execute job duties under limited supervision.
- Capacity to facilitate teamwork and collaborative relationships.
- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with diverse audiences.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Ability of basic math skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed OSHA 30-Hour Training.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification.
