Entry-Level Sales Representative (Account Manager - AV Industry) We're looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who wants to break into sales and build a long-term career. This is an entry-level Account Manager role within the Audio Visual (AV) space - no prior AV experience required. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is competitive, driven, and eager to learn. You'll receive training on the technical side of AV, but success in this role comes down to your ability to communicate, build relationships, and close new business. What You'll Be Doing * Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing * Learn and confidently sell AV solutions (hardware, software, and services) * Create proposals, quotes, and client presentations * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery * Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up * Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly * High energy, competitive mindset, and strong drive to succeed * Coachable with a willingness to learn and take feedback * Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized * Confident and professional communication style * Positive attitude and strong work ethic Nice to Have (Not Required) * Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles * Internship or leadership experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
