Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule:Monday - Friday | 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift, 2 PM - 10:30 PM | 3rd Shift, 10 PM - 6 AM Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay.

- Have strong attention to detail and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
- Are comfortable following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Can perform repetitive assembly, packaging, and production tasks efficiently.
- Are willing to complete a required sequence test.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership.
- Can adapt to changing priorities and assist in different production areas as needed.
- Are committed to maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals.
- Can safely use hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and light power equipment.
- Understand the importance of workplace safety and following company policies and procedures.
- Are dependable, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Can keep work areas clean, organized, and production ready.
- Are available to work extended or non-standard hours when production demands require.
How Your Day Will Go:
- Assemble components and materials to create finished kits and production products.
- Perform quality checks, inspections, and testing throughout the production process.
- Assist with press operations, including loading and unloading materials, plating support, and wash-ups.
- Package, bind, fabricate, and prepare products such as displays, signage, and kitting materials.
- Jog, box, move, and organize finished products to support workflow and order completion.
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Support sheet-fed press crews and provide general assistance across production departments.
- Use hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and light power equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow direction from the Kitting Coordinator, Table Lead, Production Team Lead, Senior Operator, and other designated leadership.
- Communicate regularly with team leads to ensure production goals and workflow expectations are met.
- Assist teammates and contribute to daily production targets and operational efficiency.
- Support quality, safety, and cost-effective production standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional production and facility duties as assigned to support business needs.
