Position Summary:
Cultivate accounts with potential and existing customers to provide ALMO ProAV solutions and services. Once customer is acquired, manage the account, maximizing and growing revenues. The National Business Team (NBT) AM focus is on smaller accounts, typically, with less than $100k annual run rate in sales. The NBT is an excellent foundation upon which to build a sales career with promotion opportunities into the ProAV sales force and NBT members will receive ongoing coaching and development from the NBT leaders. There is a designated Lead position in New Business Team that schedules and controls the daily working arrangements and workflow for a specified group of NBT members. Coaches and develops team members on technical and relational aspects of the role. What you will do in this role:
