Are you ready to make your mark? We are hiring a Facilities Support Administrator! On a day to day-to-day basis, this person manages scheduling, work orders, records and asset management, vendor and contractor coordination, procurement, invoice verification, and maintenance data accuracy. This is a fast-paced role that supports emergency repair coordination, short-notice vendor scheduling, and close collaboration with technicians, the supervisor, and other internal teams. At times, the role requires an all-hands-on-deck mindset, including helping with practical day-to-day tasks to support the facilities team. Key Responsibilities:

This position is on-site Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
