Position Summary Position Summary: The Global Division Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for EHS performance across the EPM Division's global footprint, supporting 11 manufacturing sites in 9 countries. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining division-wide EHS programs in a chemical manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, chemical process safety, management systems, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. This role leads the design, deployment, and governance of the division's global EHS strategy and management systems. The Global Division EHS Manager ensures that EHS programs are aligned with business priorities, regulatory obligations, and corporate standards while enabling safe, compliant, and efficient operations across a complex international manufacturing network. The role requires strong technical depth in chemical manufacturing and process safety, the ability to influence leaders across geographies and functions, and the judgment to balance regulatory, operational, and commercial considerations in a fast-paced global environment.
