The North American Blueberry Council (NABC) and the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) are seeking an innovative, relationship-driven Commercial Director - Foodservice & Ingredient to lead a newly created national growth initiative for the blueberry industry. While NABC and USHBC do not sell products, manage customer accounts, or close sales, we play a critical role in driving category demand and expanding opportunities for blueberries across the foodservice and ingredient sectors. Your expertise in commercial strategy, customer engagement, business development, and market growth will be instrumental in helping us influence industry adoption, build strategic partnerships, and create demand that ultimately benefits blueberry growers and stakeholders throughout the supply chain! This highly visible remote opportunity is ideal for a strategic and entrepreneurial food industry professional with experience in foodservice, product innovation, business development, or category growth. Working across business development, marketing, and industry engagement, you will help expand blueberry usage across restaurant, ingredient, and consumer packaged goods channels while shaping strategies that drive long-term category growth.
